1. Important information before you submit your reservation inquiry

Our Crazy X-Mas Sale works on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve the property.

Because these units are highly discounted and in very high demand, it is possible that a unit shown as available on the website is being requested at the same time by another client. Our sales team will personally check the latest availability once your inquiry is received.

2. How the Process Works

Submit your Reservation Inquiry
Our team and your assigned Sales Agent will immediately review your request.
Availability Check & Temporary Hold
If the unit is still available, the agent will block it for you temporarily and send you a secure payment link.
Complete the Reservation Fee
The reservation is confirmed only once the USD 2,000 non-refundable reservation fee is paid. If another client completes payment before you, the unit will automatically be allocated to them.
If the Unit Is Already Taken
Don’t worry — our agent will contact you with alternative options that match your interest, including other discounted units.

3. Why This Is Important

To keep the process fair for everyone, discounted units can only be reserved by the first client who completes the payment, not the first client who submits the form.

When you receive the reservation payment link, we kindly recommend completing it right away.
