Ambassador Program Terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Ambassador Program operated by CPS Live Ltd. (“the Company”).
By registering as an Ambassador, you agree to the following terms.
1. Purpose of the Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program enables individuals (“Ambassadors”) to introduce potential clients to the Company’s real estate projects. Ambassadors may receive a referral commission if a referred client successfully completes a purchase in accordance with these Terms.
2. Registration
To participate, individuals must register through the official Ambassador registration form provided by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion. Upon registration, the Ambassador will receive a unique referral link and/or referral code (UTM link) that may be shared with their network.
3. Referrals and Lead Submission
Ambassadors may refer potential clients to the Company by:
- sharing their unique referral link, or
- submitting the potential client’s contact details through the Company’s referral form.
For a referral to be considered valid:
- the potential client must not already exist in the Company’s CRM system or sales database prior to the referral being submitted
- the referral must be submitted through the Ambassador’s unique referral link or referral form
- the Ambassador must ensure that the referred individual has given consent for their contact details to be shared with the Company
The Company reserves the right to determine whether a referral qualifies as a valid lead.
4. Contacting Referred Clients
Referred individuals may be contacted by the Company’s sales agents or authorized representatives for the purpose of presenting the Company’s products and services. The Company does not guarantee that every referral will result in a sales engagement.
5. Commission Eligibility
An Ambassador becomes eligible for a referral commission only if:
- the referred client is accepted as a valid new lead
- the client completes a signed purchase agreement with the Company
- all required payments under the purchase agreement have been made inaccordance with the sales terms.
The applicable referral commission percentage will be communicated separately by the Company and may vary depending on the project or promotion.
6. Tax Information and Compliance
Before any commission payment can be processed, the Ambassador must provide the Company with all necessary information required for legal and tax compliance, including
but not limited to:
- Tax Identification Number (TIN), where applicable
- full legal name and address, contact details, passport copy
- payment details required for processing the commission.
The Ambassador is responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws in their jurisdiction and for declaring any income received through the Ambassador Program.
7. Payment of Commission
Approved referral commissions will be paid within ninety (90) days after the qualifying sale has been fully confirmed and all required documentation and tax information has been received from the Ambassador.
The Company reserves the right to verify all transactions prior to payment.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Ambassadors may not:
- engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical promotion of the Company or its projects
- make representations or promises on behalf of the Company that have not been officially approved
- use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or any form of unlawful marketing.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
9. Program Changes and Termination
The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time.
Participation may also be terminated if the Ambassador violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in conduct that may harm the reputation of the Company.
10. Limitation of Relationship
Participation in the Ambassador Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the Ambassador and the Company. Ambassadors act as independent referrers only.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Zanzibar / the United Republic of Tanzania, unless otherwise stated by the Company.
